Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated Direct Care Workers to join our team for weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). You will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring dignity, comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Weekend availability is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and documentation of medication administration.
• Engage clients in social activities and offer emotional support.
• Monitor clients’ health and report concerns to healthcare professionals.
