Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) for weekend-only shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) to provide personalized home care. You will support clients with daily living activities, meals, medications reminders, and companionship in their homes, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities include personal care, nutrition support, health monitoring, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals to maintain independence and safety in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a strong commitment to helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
