Help at Home is hiring Weekend Home Care Aides to provide essential support to seniors in their homes. This part-time weekend role offers daytime shifts with some overnight opportunities and a flexible schedule that keeps weekdays free. Starting pay is $13 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires who meet requirements.

Qualifications

• No previous caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willingness to complete required company and state training.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments.
• Supporting clients with daily activities while following their individual care plans.
