Interim HealthCare Inc. in California is seeking Home Care Aides/Caregivers to support seniors at home on Saturdays and Sundays, 6am–6pm. You’ll assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain safety and comfort in clients’ homes.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CA HCA registration, CPR, and a valid CA driver’s license. Training is available online, and you’ll join a nationwide team that values compassion and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Covid-19 vaccination card required.
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship).
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range-of-motion exercises; provide medication reminders.
• Document client condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities for joy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies).
