Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNAs for weekend shifts in the Town of Florida area. Join a team that values compassionate, client-focused in-home care and opportunities for overtime pay and differential compensation.

You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medications reminders, and safety checks, while building strong relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide or CNA required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Eligible Level II background screening completed.
• Experience with dementia, HIV care, and medication reminders is preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and light housekeeping for clients.
• Offer companionship and escort to appointments.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Support medications reminders and home safety.
• Assist with transfers and mobility as needed.
• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure quality care.
