Job summary
Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. (ARI) is seeking a Lube Technician to support reliability and safety of the fleet. You will perform preventative maintenance, lubrication services, inspections, and minor repairs at field sites, traveling between active jobs to keep equipment ready for operation.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and safe work practices with minimal supervision on a fast-paced field schedule.
Qualifications
- Experience with preventative maintenance on heavy equipment or diesel vehicles.
- Knowledge of lubrication points, fluids, and inspections.
- Driver's license with clean record and no DUIIs.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Execute oil/grease changes, fluid replenishment, and lubrication tasks.
- Inspect equipment for leaks, wear, and damage during service.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed.
- Coordinate field service with operators and maintenance team.
- Review open work orders and communicate additional concerns.
- Maintain service supplies and complete documentation.
- Follow manuals, schedules, and manufacturer specs.
- Support ARI Operations, Fleet, and Product Support.
