Job summary

Herc Rentals is looking for a Lube Technician to perform lubrication and routine maintenance on heavy equipment, ensuring reliability and longevity. You will conduct oil changes, greasing, and fluid checks, and maintain records of all activities with the maintenance team at our Tulsa locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a lube technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Knowledge of lubrication techniques and maintenance procedures for heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication services on heavy equipment, including oil changes, greasing, and fluid checks.
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or other issues that may require further maintenance or repair.
• Maintain accurate records of all lubrication and maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and report any issues or concerns.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding equipment maintenance and safety.
