Job summary

CommuniCare Health's Sellersburg Healthcare Center is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to greet callers and visitors, direct inquiries, and provide administrative support in a friendly, professional environment. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) are required, on-site, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure delivery.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
