Job summary

Eagle Pointe Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting a Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Parkersburg, WV.

This part-time role requires greeting visitors, answering calls, directing inquiries, taking messages, and providing administrative support while upholding standards of care. Weekend schedule: Saturdays and Sundays.

Prior receptionist experience and a high school diploma are required, with healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Previous receptionist experience is required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure accurate delivery.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Participate in scheduled training and orientation programs to maintain licensure and certification.
• Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and safety/infection control standards.
