PACS is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors in our care facility. You will clean public areas, resident rooms, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring surfaces are sanitized and neat.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow safety guidelines, and good communication. Work is on-site, fast-paced, and requires teamwork or individual effort to meet facility standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for task tracking.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and floors.
• Clean resident rooms and bathrooms; sanitize regularly.
• Wipe down handrails; remove dirt, dust, and debris from surfaces.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and mop floors.
• Follow safety protocols and operate cleaning equipment.
• Keep carts and storage areas organized and sanitary.
• Report safety concerns and replenishment needs to supervisory staff.
• Provide quality service with a positive attitude and teamwork.
