Job summary

M LAB OHIO LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking friendly, active staff to join our family-friendly facility. You will train in ninja warrior, parkour, and obstacle course racing to lead games, host parties, and keep guests safe.

Weekend availability is required; shifts Sat/Sun 12:00 PM–7:30 PM. Responsibilities include opening/closing the gym, setting up obstacles, supervising children, handling waivers, and using our gym software to process party bookings.

Qualifications

Weekend availability required.
Willing to lead games and supervise children.
Willing to be trained in ninja and parkour basics.
Ability to open/close the facility.
Good communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming environment.
Open the facility.
Close the facility.
Set up obstacles.
Safely lead children in games and activities.
Monitor open gym periods.
Check participant waivers.
Use gym software to charge parties.
Clean up party room after parties.
Answer phone calls and return voice messages, or log calls for managers to return on weekends.
Assist with any other tasks requested by management.
