Job summary

Solvita is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Dayton, OH team for a weekend schedule (Fri–Mon, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM). You will handle tissue graft processing, labeling, inventory management, and shipment preparation, ensuring compliance and precision.

The role requires physical stamina, color vision, and teamwork to maintain accurate records and smooth operations. Starting pay is $18 per hour with a 10% weekend premium for Saturday/Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to meet physical demands including heavy lifting.
• Color vision required and attention to detail for labeling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tissue grafts from freeze dryer.
• Maintain freezer inventory and use tracking software for traceability.
• Prepare tissue grafts for irradiation and print/label grafts accurately.
• Inspect grafts for quality and documentation accuracy.
• Assist with contract shipments and copy records for completeness.
• Monitor freeze dryer cycles and perform data entry and filing.
