Responsibilities

• Carefully clean and polish glassware and silverware, spotless and free of water spots or tarnish.
• Inspect utensils and glassware for damage before returning to service.
• Maintain organized storage for polished silverware, glassware, and supplies.
• Stock service stations and storage areas to ensure inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant while maintaining detail.
• Assist service staff with clearing and resetting tables.
• Support front-of-house operations for smooth guest service.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Communicate with managers and teammates about operational needs.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
