Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking physicians for flexible locum tenens assignments in Texas, including Friday–Sunday call coverage with a 30-minute response time, serving both inpatient and outpatient settings. Procedures include appendectomy, cholecystectomy, GI endoscopy, and specialty surgeries such as head/neck, breast, vascular, and hand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Friday - Sunday call coverage; weekends
• 1 - 3 patients seen per call shift
• Both inpatient and outpatient practice setting required
• Laparoscopic surgery required -- appendectomy, cholecystectomy
• Head/neck, breast, vascular, and hand surgery required
• GI endoscopy required -- upper, lower, colonoscopy
• Out-of-house call -- 30-minute response time required
• Ongoing coverage potential
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
