Job summary

The Spice House in Elk Grove Village, IL is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced fulfillment center. This role focuses on picking and packing orders, using handheld scanners, and ensuring accuracy in shipment preparation.

You will be part of a collaborative team, stay active on your feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and help meet daily productivity goals. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with Sundays 7am–3:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners.
• Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory moves.
• Process orders promptly to meet shipping deadlines.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Operate warehouse equipment if certified.
• Adapt to changing tasks as needed.
