Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a fulfillment, e-commerce warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of high order accuracy.
• Comfort with barcode scanning, warehouse management systems, and basic data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work at a consistent, sustained pace in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills to flag issues quickly to supervisors.
• Reliable attendance history and ability to meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy, following specifications and quality standards.
• Perform kitting and light assembly as required, matching components to customer requirements.
• Scan and verify product at each stage, updating records in the WMS for real-time inventory accuracy.
• Stage completed orders by carrier, route, and shipment schedule.
• Meet daily fulfillment targets without sacrificing accuracy and safety.
