What will you do as a Concierge?

Answer multi-line telephone calls.
Greet all families, residents, and guests warmly.
Ensure all outside vendors, families, and residents check in and out properly.
Direct or answer questions from residents and vendors appropriately.
Schedule transportation.
Support management with tasks and projects.
Order office supplies.
Complete work order requests.
Enter data as assigned.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Patience and willingness to assist residents, visitors, and team members.
Friendly, assertive, outgoing, organized, and able to multitask.
Experience in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is a plus!
