Palm Point Behavioral Health is recruiting for a Full-Time Receptionist (3 Shifts per week. Weekends required). The receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors and patients, answering the switchboard, managing incoming and outgoing mail, documenting incoming deliveries, and providing clerical support as assigned. The receptionist will also assist in the facilitation of safety and security initiatives including announcing codes, assuring visitor sign-in/out, reviewing and documenting patient belongings, and identifying escalation issues in teh reception area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate person/department
• Greet and direct visitors
• Process visitors as per hosptial policy and procedure, checking for contraband, utilizing metal detector and prescribed search methods.
• Announce codes and complete emergency procedures.
• Assist with clerical duties as needed
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
