Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person and by phone.
• Operate the facility phone and paging system.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients when needed.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance.
• Communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, and understand the English language.
