The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, office experience, solid technology skills, and strong communication while multitasking in a busy lobby.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred.
• Technology skills are important.
• Must be self-motivated, organized and professional; able to multitask.
• Strong communication skills are critical with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors at the front desk in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, transfer or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to resident and family questions and concerns.
• Respond to and handle emergency situations appropriately.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
