Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part Time Front Desk/Receptionist for Saturdays and Sundays, 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., in Peoria, AZ. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and assist residents and families with inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors at the front desk.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer or take messages.
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
