Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Alburtis, PA is hiring warehouse associates to join a safety-conscious team. You will stage and sort products, load/unload trailers, and operate forklifts with a warehouse management system.

The schedule is Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with 36 hours paid as 40, and a base rate of $19.00/hr plus a $1 shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and an associate referral program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and ability to read and follow directions.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and numerical skills.
• Flexible for overtime and able to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
• Regular, predictable attendance and adherence to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers and operate dock doors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and move materials within the warehouse.
• Comply with safety requirements and scan products using a WMS.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport items as needed.
• Support supervisor with other tasks as assigned.
