Job summary

Haworth, Inc in Holland, MI is seeking a Hilo/Forklift Driver for the weekend shift. Schedule runs Friday-Sunday from 6:00am to 6:30pm with no mandatory OT.

The role involves material handling, operating powered industrial trucks, and ensuring accurate pick/pack operations in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have forklift certification, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8th grade education or higher.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (hilo) certification.
• Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operates PIT, adhering to Haworth safety standards.
• Uses electronic systems to reference/print pick lists and verify data.
• Picks, delivers and stages product to correct locations.
• Unloads/loads product to/from trailers and ensures correct sequencing.
• Inspects packaging and verifies labeling data.
• Consolidates orders for shipping and may wrap/relocate skids.
• Completes daily PIT inspections and battery maintenance.
