Job summary

Haworth, Inc. in Holland, MI is seeking a Hilo/Forklift Driver for 2nd shift and weekend shift to support material handling at manufacturing workstations using powered industrial trucks.

You will load, unload, and stage product, verify orders, and maintain safety standards. Requirements include 8th grade education or higher, legal right to work in the United States, ability to obtain PIT certification, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 8th grade education or higher.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (hilo) certification.
• Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT to pick, deliver and stage correct product to correct location.
• Unloads and may load product to and from trailers; ensure correct sequence.
• Inspects packaging and verifies labeling data.
• Consolidates orders for shipping, physically and systematically.
• Rotates through department work centers based on business need.
