Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE certificates, licenses, registrations, or professional designations.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
• Basic computer skills, RF scanners, WMS functions.
• English (reading, writing, verbal).
• Basic to intermediate mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate job task execution.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Adaptability to change in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Input data accurately into WMS.
• Order Picking: Pull and prepare for shipment, ensuring exact count and type of product is loaded.
• Quality: Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report variances.
• Delivery: Move product from staging/storage to production lines or docks; ensure proper documentation.
• Inventory: Maintain records and assist in physical inventories; ensure stock rotation.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Maintain a clean work area and comply with SOPs and OSHA/MSDS.
• Equipment Operation: Load/unload/move/stack using forklift or power equipment; maintain equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Other Duties: Change fuel tanks, label/sort/pack, repair pallets, support safe environment.
