Park Nursing Home is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join the Food and Nutrition Services Team. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising functions within the dietary department of this rehabilitation center and skilled nursing facility. The role involves overseeing the overall operation of Food and Nutrition Services on weekends, ensuring quality nutritional services are provided accurately based on resident diet tickets, and maintaining department cleanliness and safety in accordance with standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Completion of all food inventories.
2. Ensuring all refrigerators, freezers, and food temperatures are checked and recorded.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Hospital or LTC as a food service supervisor.
• Must be ServSafe or Local Food Handlers certified; CDM certification is a plus.
