Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Previous customer service experience, retail money handling and knowledge of food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record proper temperature of food.
• Set up and maintain a clean, sanitized serving area.
• Prepare and serve food items.
• Restock food areas and clean equipment.
• Process payments using a computerized register.
• Comply with HACCP guidelines and provide customer service.
