Qualifications

• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to pull rolling racks with product up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to stand/walk throughout shift
• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Represent Kendal Floral by merchandising and selling fresh-cut flower bouquets and arrangements at Costco
• Manage daily inventory including daily receivable counts and daily outs
• Maintain cooler merchandising standards based on product schematic
• Maintain quality through daily grooming of product
• Keep a clean cooler and work area
• Change water to maintain quality
• Provide sales and customer service support to Costco members
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with Costco team
• Read and follow merchandising schematic
• Work with minimal supervision and complete daily procedures
• Operate safely and use proper equipment when necessary
