Job summary

Kendal Floral is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to represent our brand at Costco in Elk Grove, CA. You will merchandise and sell fresh-cut florals, manage inventory, and ensure merchandise quality and display standards are met for Costco customers.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working a Saturday shift from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with availability for holiday promotions. A clean background check is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25lbs, on an ongoing basis throughout each shift.
• Must be able to pull rolling racks with product up to 25lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk on an ongoing basis throughout each shift.
• Must successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent Kendal Floral by merchandising and selling fresh-cut flower bouquets and arrangements at Costco.
• Sales Merchandisers are responsible for managing inventory, maintaining merchandise based on set criteria, and providing excellent customer service to Costco members.
