Job summary

A-List Professional Cleaning LLC is seeking experienced Floor Technicians for a flexible, as-needed role in the Norfolk area. Work mainly on weekends with occasional evenings, and opportunities for more hours based on performance and client needs.

Responsibilities include stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, and recoating commercial floors, safely operating floor buffers and related equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized work site while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial floor-care is required.
• Ability to operate floor-care equipment safely.
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, scrub, buff, and recoat commercial floors
• Work with VCT and laminate flooring
• Safely operate floor buffers, auto scrubbers, and related equipment
• Follow chemical handling and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete projects efficiently and meet quality standards
• Work independently or as part of a team
