Job summary

Allegiance-Industries in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Weekend Floor Tech to help maintain a clean, safe facility. You will steam-clean carpets, strip floors, apply wax, sealant floors, buff surfaces, and deep-clean painted areas with appropriate chemicals and machines. This is a weekend schedule with Saturday and Sunday shifts.

No advanced degree required; 1–2 years of prior commercial cleaning is preferred. We offer on-the-job training, reliability in scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow schedules and safety procedures.
• Must have physical stamina and be able to lift/move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip floors using proper machinery.
• Apply wax to floors and buff.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Deep clean painted floors with appropriate chemicals/degreasers.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Operate walk-behind or ride-on floor machines.
• Follow directions from supervisor.
