Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up store displays in large-volume retailers. You will move products from backrooms to the sales floor, ensure promotional visibility, and maintain organized backroom storage.

This role requires weekend/holiday work, physical effort lifting 20–45 lb cases, and the ability to operate across multiple stores with minimal supervision. Transportation to stores is needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Access to car or transportation for multi-store locations.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds per case.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building, attentiveness).
• Operate under minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to input orders.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
