Responsibilities

• Filling shelves from existing back-stock.
• Merchandising delivered product to shelves, maintaining back-stock.
• Product rotation.
• Rebating all products on a weekly basis.
• Coordinating with the Key Account Specialist assigned to the account.
• Implementing specific retailer compliance rules.
• Communicating all opportunities and issues that arise within their team.
• Developing rapport with store personnel.
• Assisting with chain and independent resets inside their assigned territory.
• Managing attendance and holiday requests.

Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly

Basic Function: Put away incoming loads at Grocery/c-stores. Replenish shelves from back-stock in other designated stops. Follow corporate programming and company standards to provide excellent service.

• The implementation of specific retailer compliance rules.

• Assist with chain and independent resets inside their assigned territory.
• Starting time of 5:00 AM unless otherwise noted.
• Typical week is Monday – Friday; however, special hours may be required for holidays, special events or meetings.
• Management must be notified of an absence no later than 5:00 am.
• Vacation requests must be made two weeks prior to the requested date. No vacations the week before or during the week of a holiday.
