Leviton is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator for the Fuquay-Varina, NC area on a weekend shift. You will operate interlock armoring equipment and participate in setup, inspection, and quality checks to ensure product conformance.

The role offers a 12‑hour schedule (Fri–Sun) with weekend premiums and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension to follow process sheets.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into processing equipment and verify specifications.
• Perform routine setups on assigned machines.
• Safely operate equipment to meet quality requirements.
• Read and follow master documents, process sheets, and SOPs.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain clean, organized work areas.
