T+H Farms is seeking a dependable, sales‑ and operations‑minded individual to independently manage our farm market stand most Saturdays. This is a customer‑facing role requiring energy, organization, and the ability to confidently represent our farm and products.

You will directly interact with customers for 4+ hours each market day, driving sales while educating shoppers about how our products are raised and produced.

• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy market periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available to work Saturday mornings consistently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down market booth, including lifting farm crates, tables, boxes, and ice chests (up to 30 lbs.).
• Operate point‑of‑sale system (iPad) and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain attractive product displays and organized inventory.
• Engage customers in conversation, answer questions, and make confident sales recommendations.
• Stay calm and focused during busy periods or long lines.
• Problem‑solve independently during the sales day.
• Touring the farm during onboarding to learn production practices and communicate them to customers.
