Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and stocked while delivering excellent member service. You will help maintain locker rooms, manage supplies, and assist members with questions about Life Time products and services.

The role emphasizes daily cleaning tasks, proper use of cleaning products, and a friendly, service-oriented approach to members. This is an hourly, part-time/shift-based position with benefits for regular team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Stock towels and keep locker rooms neat and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products per budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
