Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Eden Prairie, MN. You will ensure the club remains clean and welcoming, stock supplies, and uphold Life Time’s presentation standards. The role supports member satisfaction through responsive service and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stocking towels, managing locker room supplies, and assisting members with inquiries while complying with safety and budgeting guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels and keep locker rooms neat.
• Ensure proper use of locker room supplies and chemicals per budget.
• Answer member questions about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
