Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems in Mosinee, WI is seeking a Weekend Production Operator to join our extrusion department. This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your work directly influences output and quality.

You will cross-train, operate presses, monitor die settings, inspect samples for specs, and participate in preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. We value teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic on the Friday–Sunday shift.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with extrusion press is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in all press operations to maximize efficiency.
• Optimize die order and press settings for best output.
• Identify and fix issues causing scrap to improve efficiency.
• Inspect samples to meet customer specifications and maintain quality.
• Perform maintenance and ensure proper loading to prevent downtime.
