Job summary

Kaleo Marketing seeks energetic individuals to join its LA/OC Event Greeter team. You will greet guests, promote the brand, and engage attendees at festivals and fairs. Roles are part‑time with shifts varying across venues and require mobility to travel between events.

Ideal candidates are highly outgoing, maintain a positive attitude, and can work long hours on foot while representing Kaleo Marketing with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive to events across LA/OC regions.
• Available for year‑round part-time work with flexible shifts.
• Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet attendees at events and promote Kaleo Marketing’s brand.
• Engage with festival attendees to drive entries and participation.
• Maintain high energy, smile, and positive attitude throughout long shifts.
• Coordinate with event organizers and teammates to ensure smooth booth operation.

Kaleo Marketing seeks lead generators / greeters to work fun and entertaining festivals and fairs!

Seeking fun, charismatic, outgoing, driven event promotional models and brand ambassadors to be part of our part-time Los Angeles & Orange County Event Greeter team! (hourly plus commission)

Please be aware that greeters work events all over town and must have a car and be available on an ongoing basis to drive to different events around town. Some events are in LA area, others in OC area. The job requires ability to go to both regions.

WHAT?

• Different locations each week!

WHEN?

• Year-round part-time work
• Shifts - 5-8 hours (vary by event)
• Additional shifts available to top producers

HOW?

• Seek out the targeted market at the event
• Talk to many people
• Keep a positive attitude, laugh and smile
• Attract guests to booth to enter contest
• Help with guessing games, spinning wheels, etc
• Assist with completion of entry ticket
• Turn guests over to appointment bookers
• Do it all over again and again and again
• Must have high stamina and strong work ethic

HOW MUCH?

• Pay is based on $20/hr.+ commission
• Paycheck every 2 weeks
• Direct deposit available

WHAT ELSE?

• Must have a reliable CAR
• Lives in Los Angeles or Orange County
• Must have working cell phone and check emails regularly
