Job summary

Trading Academy in the Denver area is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator for weekend workshops. You will greet attendees, assist with registration, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to enrollment follow-up.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in guest services or event coordination, strong communication, and comfort in fast-paced settings. You will coordinate with presenters, manage attendance, and produce daily reports, with weekend availability and reliable

Qualifications

• 2+ years in guest-facing, customer service, hospitality, or event coordination.
• Warm and professional presence with strong communication.
• Detail-oriented with accurate records and follow-through.
• Available to work weekends; able to travel for regional events if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces for preview workshops.
• Greet and check in attendees, assign seating, and set the tone for a professional, welcoming environment.
• Support presenters and ensure online attendees are comfortable and engaged.
• Help interested participants complete enrollment using digital or paper tools.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and distribute daily event reports in Salesforce.
• Answer questions and support enrollment registration.
• Log communications and tasks in Salesforce.
• Reach out to attendees who were unable to register at the event.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all responsibilities.
