You will engage passersby, spark interest, and aim to schedule free in-home estimates. The role offers a lucrative base plus uncapped bonuses, plus paid training and PTO in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift.
• Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area.
