American Home Design, Inc. is seeking weekend Event Promoters to join our energetic team.

If you enjoy approaching people, delivering a persuasive pitch, and turning interactions into scheduled home improvement estimates, this role offers a base plus uncapped bonus and opportunities to grow your sales career. We value energetic individuals who can work weekends and stay on their feet for 4 hours, representing our Mid TN home improvement brand at local events with a focus on customer engagement

Qualifications

• Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently.
• Must be able to work weekends- when the events/shows happen!
• Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area

• Actively engage everyone who walks by our booth
• Use your persuasive personality to get potential customers excited to learn more and schedule a free in-home estimate on one of our home improvement products
• Professionally represent the company
