Job summary

Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is seeking a friendly part-time weekend evening server/bartender to join our dining team. You will greet guests promptly, share specials, and take drink orders with a confident, guest‑oriented approach while coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff.

Ensure accuracy and presentation of orders, maintain a clean table and station, and deliver attentive service in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Part-time weekend evening server/bartender. Saturday shift is 4:00pm-11:30pm and Sunday 4:00pm-10:30pm.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, likes to communicate with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant.
• Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer.
• Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner.
• Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
• Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
• Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.
