Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions for clients in Maryland, evenings and weekends. You will join a clinician-led team with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support handled for you, plus orientation and ongoing training.

We require Maryland licensure (LCPC/LCMFT/LCSW-C/PhD), at least 10 sessions weekly and 15 hours of availability, and a focus on measurable progress with a wide range of clients in a supportive, technology-enabled environment.

• Independently licensed and living in Maryland (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD).

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Maryland.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Maryland — LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $24,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
