Job summary

Jovie of CA, WA, and MN is seeking a seasoned nanny to become a trusted extension of the family. You will engage the 3-year-old with outdoor play, reading, and enrichment activities, while maintaining routines and safety in a supportive home environment.

You bring 10+ years of childcare experience, strong communication with parents, and CPR/First Aid certification. The role includes weekend/evening hours, occasional travel, and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional childcare experience in private homes or similar settings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record with reliable personal vehicle.
• Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification up to date.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass a background check.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate indoor and outdoor activities.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks; support bath time, routines, and bedtime.
• Organize child-related spaces, clothing, toys, and gear; light tidying.
• Provide day-to-day family support; coordinate groceries, supplies, and errands.
• Communicate proactively with parents about routines and noteworthy items.
• Collaborate with the family and existing childcare support.
