Qualifications

• Interacting with customers in a sales-focused environment.
• Ability to lift furniture up to 50 lbs with proper technique.
• Willingness to work weekends and varying locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers during the sale.
• Remove, sort and organize items throughout clients' homes, including attics and basements.
• Place items in a logical order for display.
• Stage items for display following Stager guidance.
• Tag items with price stickers or labels for sale.
• Manage crowds and restrict access to certain areas.
• Negotiate pricing under Field Manager direction.
• Operate the POS, process sales and input data accurately.
• Balance registers before and after each sale.
