Job summary
Baptist Health in Kentucky seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a Weekend Program at our freestanding Emergency Department. This Full-Time role runs 11a–11p with 15% shift differential and 25% weekend differential, delivering direct patient care from admission to discharge.
You will complete documentation, review outcomes, and maintain required certifications (ACLS, BLS, ENPC, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC) while upholding professional standards and participating in ongoing education within Baptist
Qualifications
- ADN degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted RN license in Kentucky.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- BLS within 90 days of hire.
- ENPC within three years of hire.
- NIHSS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC within two years of hire.
- Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
- Review and document care provided, outcomes, and evaluations of care.
- Follow professional standards of care.
