Job summary

Responsibilities include routine care, stall cleaning, feeding, basic wound care, and assisting with facility maintenance and events. A high school diploma and farm work experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of farm work experience with animals and/or machinery is required.
• Driver's license and/or CDL A with Tank endorsement as required by position.
• Equine experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student workers on weekends and holiday breaks.
• Train new employees and supervise daily tasks.
• Care for and maintain the horse herd; stall cleaning, feeding, basic wound care.
• Assist with facility maintenance and events (shows, tours, research, practicums).
