Job summary

Complete Care at Care Age is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on daily resident care in a skilled nursing setting. Under licensed nurses, you will perform ADL support, feeding, mobility assistance, and ensure comfort and safety for each resident.

Responsibilities include vital signs checks, accurate documentation in PointClickCare, observation of health changes, adherence to infection control, and active collaboration with the care team to support person-centered care

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing with the state registry.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Pass healthcare worker background checks and screenings as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily resident care and assist with ADLs.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Maintain infection control standards and PPE compliance.
• Document care activities in the EHR and ensure proper shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams on resident care.
