Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role requires 36 hours in a 6-week schedule, with 12-hour weekend shifts, and involves direct, comprehensive nursing care on a fast-paced unit.

The ED treats 160+ patients daily and is STEMI/Stroke designated. Candidates must hold Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; with 2 years ER experience. We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact RN license; BLS for healthcare provider required.
• ACLS certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).
• PALS certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).
• NIHSS certification required (obtained within 10 weeks of hire).
• 2 years of ED experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care for ED patients on shift.

Education

Indiana RN license or compact state
